Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300g spaghetti
- 376 g minced meat
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. spice(s)
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml water
- 25 g tomato paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Place the ground beef in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the milk, water, and tomato paste well and add to the ground beef. Add the soy sauce and mustard and mix thoroughly. Fry the seasoned ground beef in a pan for about 10 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente and drain. After draining, add the ground beef to the spaghetti and mix well.
