  • 1 ciabatta for baking
  • 1 Camembert(s), French
  • ½ bunch chives
  • some olive oil
  • some chili flakes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make several diagonal cuts in the ciabatta with a knife, but do not cut all the way through. Cut the Camembert into thin slices and place them in the spaces between the ciabatta. Brush the cheese and the spaces between them with a little olive oil using a pastry brush. Sprinkle the spaces and the cheese with a few chili flakes and season with a little salt and pepper. Wash the chives, spin them dry, and cut them into rolls. Bake the ciabatta in the oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Then cut into equal-sized pieces, sprinkle with the chives, and serve immediately.
