Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tuna steaks
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp corn oil or butter
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 cm horseradish, freshly grated, approx.
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely dice the onions and sauté in the oil until they begin to brown. Grate in the horseradish and sauté briefly. Then pour in the cream and let the sauce simmer. Season and puree. Briefly fry the tuna steaks on both sides in oil and then serve with the sauce.
