Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
- some cinnamon
- some blueberries
- some butter or coconut oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simply without flour
Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork, then whisk with the eggs and chia seeds. Add butter or coconut oil to the pan and heat over medium heat. Pour the mixture into the pan and fry on both sides. My tip: Make mini pancakes, as they’re easier to flip. If you like, you can also add blueberries to the mixture and fry them with the pancakes. Nutella, jam, or maple syrup also taste great with it.
