Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g apples
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 60 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- Ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and place them in a greased baking dish or similar. Sprinkle some sugar on top of the apples to taste (or add a little cinnamon, for example, in winter!). Then place the flour in a bowl and knead it with 60g of butter until crumbly. Mix in the remaining sugar and a pinch of salt and sprinkle everything on top of the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at about 175°C for 30-35 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
