Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 figs, fresh, ripe
- 40 g blue cheese
- 80 g cream cheese
- some salt and pepper
- 6 half walnuts, caramelized
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the figs and cut them crosswise, but do not cut all the way through. Mash both cheeses well with a fork and mix. Season generously with salt and pepper. Press the figs apart and place the cheese mixture in the center with a small spoon. Garnish each with a walnut half.
