Quick wraps with pineapple and spring onions

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g pineapple pieces, from the can
  • 4 spring onions
  • 3 slices of turkey ham
  • 200 g corn
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 4 tortilla(s), optionally pancakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

light food, ideal for a picnic in summer

Drain the pineapple and corn well. Wash the leeks and slice them into rings. Finely chop the turkey ham. Mix everything together. Season the yogurt with salt, curry powder, and sugar. Preheat the tortillas in the oven if necessary, spread them with a little yogurt, and top with the lettuce. Add the vegetable mixture and roll them up. I’ve also added bell peppers, which works well too.
