Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 rolls
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 2 medium-sized eggs, hard-boiled
  • 5 small strawberries
  • 6 m.-large cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 large grapes
  • 1 pack of smoked trout fillet(s)
  • some wild garlic cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, slice the rolls and spread 3/4 of them with butter. Place smoked salmon on half of the slices and trout fillet on the rest. Spread the remaining roll slices with wild garlic cream. Top the smoked salmon and trout fillet rolls with egg slices and cherry tomatoes. Top the wild garlic cream rolls with strawberries and grapes. Arrange them attractively on a platter. Feel free to vary the filling, for example, with radishes or bell peppers.
