Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour (e.g. spelled flour type 1050)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 250 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 4 m.-sized apples
- n. B. Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix the first five ingredients into a thick pancake batter. Peel the apples and cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Core or cut out the cores. Dip the apple rings in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy the apple fritters on their own or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
