Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g oat flakes, fine
  • 60 g protein powder
  • 220 ml egg white
  • 150 g apple
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 dashes sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for a 12-cup muffin tray

Combine egg whites, protein powder, baking powder, oats, and sweetener. Chop the apples and mix into the batter. Place in a 12-cup muffin tin and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes on the middle rack. Per serving: approx. 60 kcal, 5.8 g carbohydrates, 0.8 g fat, 6.8 g protein.
