Muesli Protein Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 20 g protein powder, any flavor
  • 100 g muesli (protein muesli) e.g. B. 40% protein from Mymuesli
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries or other fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

without sugar

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix all ingredients together. Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 15-20 minutes. You can easily vary the cake with raspberries or other fruits. In the photo, I made it with raspberries.
