Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large banana(s), ripe
- 4 tbsp millet flakes
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. e.g. syrup, e.g. E.g. rice syrup, maple syrup, agave syrup or similar.
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mash the banana with a fork, then mix the puree with the remaining ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Drop small heaps of the cookies onto the baking sheet with a spoon. Then bake the cookies for about 15 minutes. This recipe can be varied to your liking. It also tastes delicious with cocoa powder, matcha tea powder, nuts, or dried fruit. Ideal for a sweet snack or for breakfast.
