Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 230 g oat flakes, fine
  • 135 g banana(s), approx. 2 small
  • 135 g raisins
  • 60 g sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Banana oat bars with only 4 ingredients – makes about 12 bars

Puree the bananas, raisins, and sunflower oil and mix with the oatmeal. Spread the mixture thinly (approx. 1 cm) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for 35-40 minutes. Cut into 12 bars while still warm. Each bar contains approximately 120 kcal.
