Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 180 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Confectionery (chocolate drops or crushed chocolate)
- 50 g butter, for the pan

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, then add the milk while stirring. Now stir in the flour and mix until smooth. Carefully stir in the egg whites and chocolate drops. Don’t overmix, or the egg whites will collapse. The egg whites can still be visible. Heat the pan and add a little butter. Add the desired amount of batter. After about 2 minutes (do not turn the heat too high), flip the pancakes and finish cooking. Makes approximately 8 medium-sized pancakes.
