Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Make a batter from flour, eggs, buttermilk, water, sugar, and salt. Let it stand for 20-30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and cook the pancakes one at a time. Serve with applesauce, compote, or any fruit. You can also serve it with a salad.
