Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Baked bananas with a twist

Mash the bananas and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Heat up the deep fryer and cut dumplings from the batter, then fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Enjoy them hot or cold. They never get cold, though, as they’re already eaten before they get cold.
