- 60 g protein powder
- 30 g oat flakes
- 30 g natural yogurt
- 50 g protein
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grind the oatmeal in a blender. Combine all ingredients and mix. Bake in a waffle iron until golden.
