Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped protein powder (vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp, heaped coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp, heaped almonds, ground
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 shots of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Protein-rich low-carb cheesecake

Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Gradually add enough milk until a smooth, thick batter forms. Pour the batter into a round silicone mold (18 cm diameter). Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Protein cheesecake is a healthy, low-sugar, and high-protein alternative to regular cheesecake.
