- 250 g minced meat
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 stale roll
- Breadcrumbs
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Let the bread roll soak, squeeze out excess liquid, and place it in a bowl. Add the minced meat, egg, diced onion, and seasoning. Mix everything well and roll the dough into small patties. Coat them in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan with a little oil.
