Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g potato(s), floury
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 350 g minced meat
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp mustard
- pepper
- Salt
- nutmeg

Meatballs
Cook the potatoes with their skins on, peel, and press them through a ricer. Finely dice the onions and sauté until translucent. Knead with the other ingredients until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Form small dumplings and fry in a pan until golden brown. Garnish with radishes or lettuce, if desired.
