Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 Camembert(s), of about 500 g, round and ripe
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
- 10 radishes, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 bunch chives, chopped
- 1 pepper, green, sliced
- 20 pine nuts
- 1 pinch(s) caraway seeds, ground
- 1 cucumber(s), sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt
- Pepper, adM
- Pepper, coarse
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the Camembert in half crosswise and scoop out the creamy mixture from both halves. Mix it with the onions, bell peppers, radishes, garlic, chives, chili peppers, and pine nuts. Season with salt, pepper, and caraway. Divide the cream in half and divide it equally between each Camembert. Garnish with cucumber slices and cocktail tomatoes. Sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.
