Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 300 g buttered vegetables, frozen
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • a little salt and pepper
  • a little paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, cook the pasta in a little salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and fry it in a pan with a little oil over medium heat. As soon as it starts to change color, add the buttered vegetables. Once the herb butter has almost melted, add the vegetable stock. Stir well and bring to a boil over high heat. Let the mixture simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Then reduce the heat and add the cream cheese. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
