Spaghetti with tomato-cheese-cream sauce à la Didi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g Gouda, fresh, in one piece
  • 1 corner(s) of herb melted cheese
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 100 ml cream, 15% fat
  • 1 tsp chili salt
  • 100g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Finely grate the Gouda. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and score them. Then blanch them in boiling water and cool in ice water. Peel, halve, and quarter the prepared tomatoes. Crumble or slice the processed cheese and mix with the egg and cream. Season with chili salt and add the grated Gouda. Blend everything with a hand blender. Bring a pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes. Add a ladle of pasta water to the sauce and toss the spaghetti with the sauce. Plate up and serve.
