Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g shrimp(s)
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 6 tbsp herbs, chopped
- 100 g ketchup
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- n. B. garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thaw the shrimp. Peel and finely dice the onion. Soak the tomatoes in hot water for 5 minutes, then peel and puree. Mix the tomato puree, onion, herbs, and ketchup (or garlic if desired) and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Pour the dip into a small dessert glass and hang the shrimp over the rim.
