Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ½ bunch arugula
  • 5 cm ginger
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • e.g. baguette(s) in slices, toasted, or store-bought crostini
  • Trout caviar, shrimps and chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pit the avocado and scoop out the flesh from the skin. Squeeze the lemons. Grate the ginger on a Microplane. Mix with all the other ingredients, except the baguette slices, and blend until finely ground. Season to taste. Pile the spread onto baguette slices or crostini, or pipe it on with a piping bag. Decorate with shrimp, chives, and/or trout caviar. Serve as an appetizer.
