Oat and raisin coins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g whole grain oat flakes
  • 190 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 30 g raisins, but possibly also fruit, nuts, etc.
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

The raisins can be omitted or replaced – see recipe description.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). In the meantime, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form small balls or patties, moistening your hands occasionally to prevent the dough from sticking to your fingers. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Halfway through, flip the patties to brown them nicely on both sides. I got 12 patties. Calories for 12: 679 kcal. Per patty: 56.5 kcal.
