Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • some butter for the mold
  • 4 large apples (other fruits possible, depending on the season)
  • some lemon juice
  • some cinnamon powder
  • Leftover cookie dough
  • some powdered sugar for dusting
  • some cinnamon powder for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

quick, easy, and delicious way to use leftovers

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a baking dish with butter. 2. Peel the apples and cut them into thumb-sized pieces. Place the apple pieces in the baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the cinnamon and mix everything together. Tear off small pieces of the leftover cookie dough and place them on top of the apple pieces. 3. Bake the apple crumble for 30 minutes. 4. Decorate the apple crumble with powdered sugar and cinnamon and enjoy. Vanilla ice cream also goes great with it!
