Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml plant milk (plant drink)
- 200 g flour
- 1 banana(s)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- e.g. maple syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
quickly and easily from the blender
Blend all ingredients in a blender and let stand for 10 minutes. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add about a ladleful of batter per pancake in circles and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, until bubbles form on the surface and begin to pop. Flip the pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on the other side, until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, if desired. Makes about 6-7 small pancakes.
