Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 7 eggs
- 20 tbsp flour
- Milk
- 2 apples, e.g. Braeburn
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
- Clarified butter for frying

Whisk together the eggs and flour, add salt, sugar, and milk until a thick batter forms. Peel, core, and coarsely grate the apples, then add them to the batter. Heat the butter in a pan and add the batter in batches. Flip after about 3-5 minutes and continue cooking on the other side. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired.
