Super delicious Kaiserschmarren

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • Butter for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sift the flour into a large bowl and make a well in the center. Then, add the 4 eggs, a pinch of salt, the butter vanilla flavoring, the cream, and the milk to a bowl and whisk together. Gradually add this mixture to the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Fry the dough in a pan with a little melted butter until light yellow on the underside. Tear into pieces and continue to fry, turning frequently, until light brown. Serve immediately. Serve with warm or cold custard or apple compote.
