Breadcrumb noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • salt water
  • e.g. breadcrumbs (amount to taste)
  • e.g. butter
  • n. B. powdered sugar, if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside. Melt the butter in a deep saucepan, taking care not to let it brown. Mix the breadcrumbs with the sugar, stir in, and let it caramelize slightly. Add a little more butter if the breadcrumbs are too dry. Mix the pasta with the sugarcrumbs. Serve with the compote.
