Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g strawberries, cleaned and weighed
- 250 g apples, peeled and pitted
- 100 g rhubarb, prepared and chopped
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
- 4 sprigs of mint (apple mint)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Roughly chop the strawberries and place them in a bowl. Add the apples, rhubarb, and apple mint leaves and puree everything. Transfer the mixture to a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar and lemon juice. Cook according to the package instructions and pour into prepared twist-off jars. Just let the flavor surprise you.
