Goat cheese – honey – toast

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • Goat’s cheese or roll, depending on your taste
  • Honey, (forest honey)
  • Thyme or
  • Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Toast the slices of bread in the toaster. Meanwhile, slice the goat cheese. I always use a goat cheese roll, which is more like Camembert. Cream cheese works too. Immediately top/spread the warm toast with the cheese and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with the herbs. I always place the slices of bread on the toaster’s bun warmer and reheat them so that the honey and cheese melt together with the herbs. Enjoy immediately.
