Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s)
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • ½ jar olives, black
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with tomatoes, olives and mozzarella

Finely chop the tomatoes, olives, onions, and garlic. Dice the mozzarella. Place everything in a bowl, season, and toss with oil. Slice the baguette and place it on one or two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Then top the baguette slices in portions with the prepared mixture. Bake the bruschettas in the oven at approximately 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 10 to 15 minutes.
