Cheese – Grapes – Toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 120 g mozzarella
  • 100 g grapes, blue
  • 7 g thyme, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Preheat oven to 225 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Wash the grapes, pat dry, halve, and remove the seeds. Wash the thyme and strip off the leaves. Toast the toast, thinly slice the mozzarella, and dice the Gorgonzola. Place the mozzarella on the toast, mix the grapes with the thyme, season with salt and pepper, fold in the Gorgonzola, and spread the mixture on the toast. Season everything with cayenne pepper. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
