Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken legs, with back piece
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
- curry powder
- 2 eggs, whisked
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Cut the chicken thighs in half at the joint with a sharp knife. Wash, pat dry, and season with salt, paprika, and curry powder. Dip in the beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil for about 30-40 minutes. Delicious with Djuvec rice and a green salad.
