Tortilla wraps with chicken breast and salsa

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 wraps (tortilla wraps)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bottle of sauce (Mexico salsa)
  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s), alternatively turkey
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese
  • 2 pinches of sambal oelek
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

To prepare, peel and slice the cucumber. Wash the bell peppers and lettuce and cut into small strips. Also, chop the onion into small cubes. Finally, wash the meat and cut into strips. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add oil to the pan and fry the onions briefly. Then add the meat and cook. Once the meat is cooked, season with salt and pepper. Next, add the salsa and Samba Olek. Place the tortilla wraps in the oven for one minute. Then spread with herbed cream cheese. Finally, top with the meat and the remaining ingredients and roll up. If desired, you can also add cheese, tomatoes, corn, or similar.
