Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) pumpernickel
- 1 tbsp, heaped low-fat curd cheese
- ½ nectarine(s)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Spread the pumpernickel slice with low-fat quark. Cut half a nectarine into thin strips and arrange them on top of the quark. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon. Instead of the nectarine, you can also add blueberries, banana, or kiwi to the bread. Dark whole-grain bread also works well instead of the pumpernickel.
