Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 320 g spelt flour type 1050
- 80 g pumpkin seed flour
- 50 g hemp protein
- 130 g flaxseed meal
- 160 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 500 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl. Add the water and vinegar and mix with a fork. This should form a slightly tough dough. Pour the dough into an oiled and floured loaf pan and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 55 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan.
