Alaska Fish Fillet with Boiled Potatoes and Caramelized Carrots

  • 800 g Alaska fish fillets frozen (5 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 750 g Carrots
