Pasta casserole with tomato and spinach

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped pizza tomatoes from the can
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 100 g spinach, in portionable pieces, frozen
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Transfer to a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Mix the diced cooked ham with the pasta. Sprinkle the tomatoes, tablespoon by tablespoon, over the pasta, along with the spinach. Season everything again. Finally, spread the hollandaise sauce over everything and fold it in a little with a spoon. Not too much, as the individual blobs should remain. Then sprinkle with grated cheese (or breadcrumbs). Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese has melted or the pasta is crispy.
