Apple – Peach – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples (clear or corn apples)
  • 500 g peach(s)
  • 200 ml water
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 1 package of gelling sugar, 3:1 (500 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and core the Klar or Korn apples, quarter them, and place them in water to prevent them from tarnishing. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to the water. Peel and core the peaches, then slice them. Sprinkle the gelling sugar (3:1) over the peeled fruit and add all the other ingredients. Let everything steep for a while, then bring to a boil for 4 minutes according to the package instructions. Then pour the mixture into clean, prepared, hot twist-off jars, seal tightly, and let cool.
