Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg pear(s), peeled, diced
- 1 pack of almonds, chopped
- 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)
- 2 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
Instructions

enough for approx. 4-6 glasses
Peel and core the pears, then dice them into small cubes and drizzle with lime juice. Roast the chopped almonds in a non-stick pan without adding any fat until golden brown. Place the diced pears and roasted almonds in a large saucepan and mix well with the entire packet (500g) of 3:1 gelling sugar, then season with cinnamon to taste. Rinse the jam jars and lids with hot water and place them upside down on a towel. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until bubbling. Continue to simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with jam, screw on the lids, and turn the jars upside down for about 5 minutes. This makes 4-6 jars, depending on the size of the jar.
