Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 class Bottle/s of sparkling wine (Piccolo)
  • 350 g gelling sugar (2 : 1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Juice the orange and lemon. Peel and dice the banana and kiwi. Weigh the ingredients and pour in the desired amount of sparkling wine (I added 700g). Weigh out the appropriate amount of gelling sugar (I used a 1:1 ratio, but it’s a bit sweet for me personally) and mix. Bring to a boil according to the package instructions and blend briefly with a hand blender. While still hot, pour into prepared jars and seal immediately. This amount yielded four medium or small twist-off jars.
