Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 7 eggs
- 600 g butter, melted
- 2 cubes of fresh yeast, alternatively 4 packs of dry yeast
- 1 cup milk, lukewarm
- 1 cup water
- 650 g granulated sugar

Combine the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix. Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in the lukewarm milk. Add the eggs, yeast mixture, water, and butter to the flour, mix everything together, and beat the batter for a few minutes. Cover and let the batter rise in a warm place for half an hour. After it has rested, stir the sugar into the batter and immediately bake the waffles in a waffle iron (preferably for rectangular waffles). This recipe yields approximately 35-40 waffles.
