Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 tbsp flour
- 6 eggs, separated
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ liter sweet cream
- 100 g raisins
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff. Melt the butter. Then mix all the ingredients (including the egg yolks). Finally, add the baking powder and egg whites to the batter. Bake in hot oil to form thin pancakes. Roll them up and lightly dust with sugar.
