Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g sauerkraut, fresh
  • 2 apples
  • 100 g nuts, mixed and chopped
  • ½ cup(s) mayonnaise
  • ½ cup yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the sauerkraut very finely (or use jar/canned sauerkraut), coarsely grate the apples, then mix all the ingredients together and serve.
