Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g sauerkraut
- 1 apple
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 tbsp hazelnuts, chopped
- ½ cup grapes, halved
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 sprig(s) tarragon
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauerkraut with a twist
Chop the sauerkraut, peel the apple and orange, and dice them. Mix with the hazelnuts and grapes. Marinade: Chop the onion and tarragon, mix with lemon juice and oil. Pour over the sauerkraut salad.
