Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) whole-grain toast or whole-grain sandwich
  • some margarine
  • Seasoned salt (tomato-mozzarella)
  • n. B. Harissa
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious with soups

Spread margarine on one side of the toast, sprinkle with seasoned salt, a little pepper, and a little harissa. Place the coated side in a pan, then spread the other side first with margarine and then sprinkle with the spices. Add a little more margarine to the pan, heat, and fry the toast until golden brown. Remove from the pan and cut into four triangles with a bread knife. A delicious accompaniment to soups. Or simply as a snack.
