Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 kg apples
  • Butter for drizzling
  • Sugar for taxing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Apple pie

Peel the apples and cut them into large pieces, leaving the cores intact. Beat the eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Gradually and carefully fold in the flour sifted with the baking powder. Finally, quickly and vigorously beat in the oil and pour the thick mixture into a greased springform pan. Distribute the apple pieces evenly over the top, leaving no trace of the batter. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake the cake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 45 minutes. The cake is ready when the pastry peaks that have “slipped” between the apple pieces are golden brown. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Instead of apples, you can use any fruit, even canned ones.
